banane ki vidhi

  • sabse pahle masoor ki dal ko 8-10 ghate ke liye bhigo denge
  • ab ese mixer me pis lenge
  • kali mirch or jira kut lenge barik lasan ki kaliyo ko kut lengeen sabhi kute pise masalo  ko masoor ki dal ke pest me mix kar lenge
  • namak swadanusar mila denge
  • ab gehu ke ate ko roti ke ate ki tarah ghuth lenge or choti choti goliya banaker pudi ki tarah bel lenge
  • ab en bele huye poodiyo me ek chote chammch se masoor ki dal ka pest bhar denge or ese gujiya ki tarah mod denge esi tarah choti podiya bel kar usme stuff kar ek tarf se mod ke dhak denge ager apke pas steamer he to steam kar lo nahi to ek kadahi  lo usme ek gilas pani bhar lo or us pani pe ak jali dar chalni rakh do chalni me tel laga door uspe jitne gojapita aye sab steam ke liye rakh do or kadahi acchi tarah dakh jaye esi plate se dakh do
  • 20 minit bad sare gojapita ubal jayenge or ap ese kisi bhi chatni se kha sakte ho ya ese bhi kha sakte ho
